Mountain Home has again partnered with the USDA Food, Nutrition, and Consumer Services (FNCS) to offer Lean Six Sigma Certification training in Arlington, VA!

SUCCESS LEAVES CLUES!

***  Do you feel that your team needs traction to get your Lean Six Sigma efforts off the starting line?

****  Do you want to move past the seemingly endless meetings where it feels like nothing gets accomplished?

So many Lean Six Sigma teams spend countless hours "spinning their wheels" which creates frustration and anxiety for everyone!  Your "short" project turns into a 6, 8, or more month effort and you can't put your finger on exactly why!

After over 30 years training and advising senior corporate and government clients on transforming their businesses using Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and Business Process Reengineering (BPR), we know what it takes to create an environment where performance thrives. It's our mission to bring Mountain Home's vast knowledge and experience in business transformation to you, so you can stop the frustration & anxiety and achieve the performance gains you and your organization deserve!

We have worked with over 3,500 corporate and government clients, from Fortune 500 global companies to large Federal agencies,  with over 76,000 individuals from 82 countries attending our seminars and training classes.

WHAT YOU GET BY ATTENDING

WHAT WE WILL COVER

  • You'll learn what Lean Six Sigma is (and what it's not); where Lean Six Sigma contributes to overall Enterprise Performance Improvement; why organization culture is the "Number 1 inhibitor of Process Performance" and how to create "Buy-In".
  • You'll  learn critical skills beginning with defining the gaps in performance and to ensure no project "scope creep", clearly defining the "Scope of the Process" using techniques such as the Process Development Matrix and Process to Organization Matrix.
  • How to fully understand the As-Is process through Process Discovery Modeling and Process Mapping.
  • How to define and measure Performance Data using various "Data Collection Techniques".
  • 50% of the class is actual hands-on application of Mountain Home's LSS DMAIC Project RoadMap; you will take a Lean Six Sigma project through it's entire lifecycle -- from DEFINE to presentation of IMPROVEment Opportunities to senior Leadership.

“It is not necessary to change ! Survival is not mandatory.”

- Dr. W. Edwards Deming
